Conveying process：

By adopting the self-developed new generation of bottleneck gripper design, through the suspension transfer system, different types of bottles can be transferred to the filling position, the whole process is easy and fast, without any contact, and the packaging is filled cleanly and healthily.

Washing  process:

The part of the washing structure that comes into contact with the bottle opening is made of 304 stainless steel. The clip at the end of the washing clamp runs 360 along a specific track to complete the opening and closing of the clamp for automatic washing.

Filling process:

The filling of the bottle is also done automatically, by clamping the bottle mouth and moving upwards with the track, the filling valve is automatically topped off and the pure water inside the liquid cylinder will flow downwards with its weight, this is also called atmospheric pressure filling.

Capping Process

The automatic cap gripping and capping function can be completed in the capping part. The gravity-type automatic capping machine transports the lids to the lid cage using a conveyor belt. It automatically completes the screening of the lids forwards and backward to achieve automatic operation. The lids also need to be disinfected and rinsed. Between the automatic capping machine and the 3-in-1 water filling machine, a fully automatic in-line lid disinfection tunnel will be equipped to complete the lid disinfection, washing, and blow-drying process

The washing steps of the 3-in-1 water filling machine are as follows:

① The bottle is clamped by the bottle’s mouth.

②The bottle is rotated along the guide rail with the bottle clamp flipped 180 degrees, with the bottle mouth facing downwards.

Immediately afterward, the bottles are fed by the paddle wheel into the filling section, which is mainly composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a filling valve, a rotating guide rail, and a support frame. The filling valve is installed in the hydraulic cylinder and rotates 360 degrees along the main axis, and the bottle mouth clamping device is driven by a roller and distributed above the guide rail, in the same central position as the filling valve, and rotates 360 degrees along the main axis.
