The bottles in the air bottle conveyor line are stuck to the bottle neck by the bottle hanging plate, and are transported to the 3-in-1 filling machine by wind power.
4.Filling system
The air channel connects the three-in-one machine directly, and the bottles are transferred to the bottle washing machine to complete the bottle internal rinsing session;the washed bottles are exported from the washing machine through the star wheel and transferred to the filling machine;after the filling is completed, the bottle enters into the capping machine through the transition dial of the bottle neck, and under the action of the cam to achieve the action of grasping the cap, capping, rotating the cap, and removing the cap, and complete the whole capping process.Finally the bottles are transferred to the bottle discharge conveyor chain.
