  The direct connection between the air conveyor and the bottle feed wheel eliminates the bottle feed screw and the conveyor chain, making it easy to change the bottle shape.

  The bottle transfer is carried out through a full neck handling technology so that the bottle shape can be changed without adjusting the height of the machine, only the nylon parts such as the curved guide plate and the paddle wheel related to the diameter of the bottle need to be replaced.

  The high-speed line is equipped with bottle clip transfer technology, which allows the bottle shape to be changed more freely and the work surface inside the unit to be more concise.

  The three-in-one unit completes the three processes of bottle washing, filling, and capping in one go, with low bottle wear, accurate and smooth transmission, and easy bottle change.

  Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamps are strong and durable and do not touch the threaded part of the bottle opening, avoiding secondary contamination of the bottle opening.

  High speed and high flow gravity filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level, and no liquid loss.

  All parts in contact with the liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel or food-grade engineering plastic, and most of the electrical system is made of imported components, in line with national food hygiene standards.

  The bottle bottom pallet of the bottle discharge wheel adopts the spiral descending method so that the bottle shape can be changed without the need to adjust the height of the bottle discharge conveyor chain.

  The main components of the equipment

  The main machine consists of a bottle washing machine, a filling machine, a capping machine, a frame, a sealing window, a main motor and transmission system, a bottle transfer system, a capping device, and an electrical control system.

  The bottle washing machine’s turning mechanism mainly consists of a water distribution plate, bottle washing clip, upper turntable, guide rail, protective cover, water spray device, water receiving plate

  The filling mechanism is mainly composed of a filling barrel, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle lifting device, etc.

  The capping mechanism consists of three major components: a capping device, a capping guide, and a capping machine.

  Auxiliary (or optional) equipment includes a flushing water reflux tank, bottle inlet duct, and bottle outlet chain, in addition to a manual bottle loading platform (or bottle manager), a multi-row differential chain type manual bottle loading table, and an automatic capping machine, etc., as required by the customer.
