The 8 cavity fully automatic bottle blow molding machine is designed to produce
a range of narrow-mouth PET mineral water bottles ranging from 100ml to 1.5 L.
We design and manufacture professional bottle blow molding machine to customer
specifications. This economical, fully automatic PET bottle blow molding machine is
ideal for small to medium-sized bottle manufacturers and beverage producers
worldwide, allowing for efficient production of 12,000 bottles per hour.
The compact design of the machine allows for optimal use of space, the fully automated production process significantly reduces labour and power costs, and its affordable price point makes it an attractive option for a wide range of bottle makers and beverage producers. The PET blow molding machine can be operated as a standalone unit or easily integrated into an existing bottling line. It is equipped with an automatic preform lifter, a separate preheating, and a blow molding machine, with optional accessories such as an air compressor, an air filtration unit, an air dryer, and an industrial-grade cooler.

Production Quality and Product Integrity
All configurations and models are designed to ensure production quality and product integrity, with the objective of achieving consistent bottle quality and reject rates of less than 0.1%. Preform hoppers facilitate the safe handling of preforms, which fall smoothly onto short, protected conveyor belts.

The modular blowing system features separate cavities and individual valve blocks for each cavity, complete with an air recovery system.
It has a centralized heating system and low total installed power. The centralized heating system is more energy-efficient, has a more dense wavelength and is more systematic.
The molds in the heater can be replaced quickly, allowing for the use of another type of preform neck.
Six servo drives are included: closing unit, stretching unit, heater rotation, preform transport to blowing unit and bottle discharge system.
Pressure control is available in the blowing mould.

1. A servo motor system.
The servo motor is easily adjustable in both movement and speed.
The complex process is digitized for reliable, fast and accurate results.
2.The intelligent heating system
It uses an infrared lamp to optimize heat transfer to the preform.
The preform stretches more evenly and with high transparency, resulting in a superior product.
The lamp utilizes thermal energy to shorten heating time, reduce energy consumption and increase productivity.
The intelligent ventilation system keeps the temperature in the heating box at a constant level.
3.Traditional molding system
The cylinder guide precisely controls the mold frame.
High-pressure locking and pressure system ensures the precise stamp line of the bottle neck.
The lower mold mode has a combined structure.
The bottom mold mode has a combined structure, which shortens the working time of the mold mode and makes it faster.
Easy to change the mold.
Machine faults:
Clamping jaw failure: can be solved by adjusting the height of the slide or clamping jaw position.
Action jammed: restart the machine can be solved.
Action not in place: check whether there are objects stuck and adjust the gas flow valve.
Preform channel is not uniform: it can be solved by adjusting the position of preform bin.
Electrical faults:
The machine can not start or stop alarm: check the power supply, wiring or electrical control board, troubleshooting.
Loose electrical connectors in each part: check regularly and make sure the electrical connectors are connected reliably.
Air line malfunction:
Insufficient or excessive pressure: Check air source, air pressure regulator or air line blockage and repair or replace.
System leakage: Replace the air line interface parts or re-encrypt the interface.
Bottle deformation or failure: Adjust the parameters of pressurization, molding and cooling.
